DESCRIPTION
SCP-XXXX is a 36-year-old female, legally known as Moira Byrne. SCP-XXXX poses mild precognition. This precognition typically manifests as accurate short-term predictions of immediate events, usually 1-10 seconds in advance.
In addition, individuals who interact with SCP-XXXX for an extended period of time report feeling a strong sense of déjà vu or familiarity, even if this is their first interaction with SCP-XXXX. A few individuals have also reported memories of events that have yet to occur. Testing indicates that these memories aren't precognitive in nature.
