This past summer, the Department of Anomalous Weapons Development enjoyed a re-beautification campaign, led by their new Director, Jimmy Day. Given the checkered history of this department, the Ethics Committee has elected to begin collecting evidence in preparation of a potential future case. The following is a collection of information on notable individuals within the department that could possibly help in a case, be the victim of a case, or have a case against them.

Records indicate that Jimmy has worked in several other Departments, but interviewing members of these departments has revealed absolutely zero information on him. Further investigation required.

Interviews with Hayk reveal that Katherine is unsure about the future of AWD, worried that it'll end the same as it did under Ezra. Still, she accepted the invitation to hopefully steer the Department away from that past.

A majority of the information in this document was gathered by her. Much like Katherine, Akabi is worried about the future of AWD, having been there during the fall of the last. She requested several times to be transferred from Area-34 to a less stressful environment. Lucky for us, she has enough skeletons in her closet we can use to keep her in place. That, and her wife works for AWD.

A veteran member of AWD. Hugh joined the Foundation in the 1980s, fresh out of college. He helped pioneer research into other dimensions, leading many early extradimensional extrusions. He originally left AWD in the 1990s, transferring to the burgeoning Department of Extradimensional Research following a disaster in Portsmouth. Like many others, he was returned at the personal request of Jimmy Day.

A former Foundation thaumaturgist. Farhat has had a relatively normal career in the Foundation, mostly serving as a consult for containment specialist and AWD. She had no major achievements — or disasters — under her belt. Until she fully joined AWD, of course. During attempts at refining new containment sigils, Farhat accidentally attracted and fell victim to a thaumaturgic parasite, SCP-XXXX. This infestation has greatly enhanced her already modest abilities, at the cost of eating her away. The more she uses her thaumaturgy, the worse her condition becomes. Despite this, she refuses to relax, using her abilities to AWD's benefit. Of course, Jimmy encourages this.

Late 20s, Male. Hispanic. His muscle mass is constantly expanding. He can accelerate this growth to give him more strength, or convert the muscle into fire to get rid of it. He has to do this regularly, as too much muscle would kill him. Humberto is a member of two notorious GoIs, the Miracle Liberation Front and the Chaos Insurgency. He was kicked out of the Front and joined the Insurgency after they felt like he was too hotheaded. He was always pushing for the Front to be more active and violent with their actions, petitioning to attack Foundation facilities straight-on. With the backing of the Insurgency and The Engine, he organized the enemies of AWD into a single coalition to lay siege to Area-34. During this siege, he sacrificed his own freedom to make sure his men could escape. After months of being poked and proded at by our researchers, AWD elected to give him a role on their latest project, the revived MTF Sigma-66 ("Sixteen Tons").

One of Hayk's many skeletons. Safe, Euclid, Uncontained, then Euclid again, Ekene is an anomaly with the ability to manifest objects that prove useful in their current situation. Shortly after being contained by us, she was lost by us, thanks in so small part to the bumbling of Drs Akabi Hayk, Cole Thereven, and Azariah Varioli. We didn't bother tracking them down, until AWD revived Sigma-66. Ekene could prove a useful asset for the team, so their location was squeezed out of Cole by Atypical Persuasion. With the questionable actions of Sigma-66, Ekene could prove a useful witness.

A very, very, minor God, Ahwi willingly entered containment in 2019, on the condition it got to spend time with Jackie, the daughter of Dr. Nicole Gardner. Despite some pushback from Nicole, this condition was accepted. This stayed in place until Jackie grew up, and lost interest in her deer goddess friend. Despite some… companionship with Nicole, Ahwi was depressed after Jackie stopped visiting her. Some way or another, Ahwi heard of the revitalized Sigma-66, and asked to join. AWD was predictably eager to accept her.
