Person of Interest File 181

Clavicular_mugshot_March_2026.jpg

Valravn file photo.

Name: Soheil Golshiri

Known Aliases: Trickshot, Sam Galvin, Raven-112

Affiliation(s): Valravn Corporation (former suspected), Unaffiliated mercenary elements

Current Status: At large

Description: Soheil Golshiri is a modified human male estimated to be in his late thirties. Subject is approximately 183 cm tall with dark hair, brown eyes, and extensive scarring across the upper torso, spine, and forearms. Eyewitness reports suggests the presence of extensive implanted material throughout the mouth, thoracic cavity, and right shoulder.

The subject is believed to possess anomalous capabilities related to ballistic trajectory and/or probability manipulation. Witness reports consistently describe Golshiri successfully striking targets with thrown or launched projectiles under physically implausible circumstances.

Foundation analysts currently believe the anomaly is tied to an implanted paraweapon system of Valravn origin, possibly associated with the Corporation's TYCHE program.

Subject displays extensive military training and operational discipline.

Date of Birth (If known): Estimated 1988-1993

Reason for Interest: PoI-181 is wanted for questioning regarding:

  • Valravn paraweapon development programs,
  • anomalous augmentation procedures,
  • active Valravn operations within Freeports,
  • and possible theft or defection involving proprietary Valravn technology.

Recovery of PoI-181 alive has been designated a priority by the Department of External Affairs.

Rules of Engagement:

  • Do not engage PoI-181 in confined environments
  • Do not allow access to unsecured loose objects
  • Maintain visual contact with the subject's hands at all times.
  • Ballistic shielding has proven unreliable.
  • Personal are advised against assuming cover is effective.
  • Avoid escalating encounters unnecessarily.

Biography:Reliable information concerning PoI-181 prior to his association with Valravn is limited.

Financial and immigration records indicate the subject likely spent portions of his early adulthood in Türkiye, Azerbajin, and several Eastern European states before disappearing from Veiled records entirely circa 2016.

The first probable appearance of PoI-181 in unVeiled archives occurs in 2018 during a conflict between Valravn-backed forces and local insurgent groups in northern Syria. Witnesses described a "shooter who could kill around corners."

Subsequent appearances place the subject in Libya, the Republic of the Congo, Esterburg, and the Baltics. In all confirmed cases, PoI-181 operated alongside Valravn assets.

Beginning in late 2020, Valravn communications intercepted by Foundation intelligence divisions began referencing a missing "asset" connected to Project TYCHE. By late 2021, PoI-181 had begun actively avoiding known Valravn-controlled territories and associates.

Since then, the subject has repeatedly resurfaced throughout various Freeports under false identities before disappearing shortly afterward. Most appearances are accompanied by reports of paranoia.

Despite numerous opportunities, PoI-181 has notably avoided lethal engagement with Foundation and Valravn assets and civilian populations.

Soheil sighed, staring down at the paper in his hands.

The photo had been taken years ago. Maybe Istanbul. Tallinn, perhaps. He couldn't remember anymore. Valravn had liked taking pictures after procedures. Documentation. Inventory.

In the image, he looked heavily sedated. Half-conscious. Mouth bloodied from where they'd forced the intake tube down his throat. The text beneath the photograph read WANTED FOR QUESTIONING.

He folded the poster carefully and slipped it into the pocket of his coat as the tram rolled past.

Sjhlfels am Rhein drifted around him in muted evening noise. Rainwater moved along the cobblestones in thin silver streams. Students from the Hochschule crossed the street nearby beneath floating lanterns, arguing in rapid German over something mathematical. A woman smoked beneath the awning of a bakery whose windows displayed levitating pastries rotating slowly in place.

Soheil adjusted the grocery bag hanging from his wrist and continued along the riverside district. Bread. Tea. Batteries. A pack of cigarettes he kept telling himself he'd quit after the next city.

He hadn't slept properly in three days. Every time he closed his eyes, he dreamed of projectiles. Pens, bullets, rocks, whisking pass his head. The weapon in him could never rest.

He passed beneath a bridge webbed with old thaumaturgic warding signs. Someone had painted over half of them with advertisements for concerts and graffiti. Across the river, St. Caesarius Hospital glowed softly through the mist.

Sjhlfels was a safe city, people said. Neutral territory. He knew better.

A newspaper box stood outside a café near the tram stop. Several copies had been left scattered beside it by the rain. One of them had his face on the front page.

FOREIGN PARAMILITARY ACTIVITY SUSPECTED IN SJHFELS

Different photo this time. A still from surveillance footage, maybe from his time in Backdoor SoHo. He looked older in this one.

Probably a sign, he thought. Soheil crouched, picked the paper up, folded it once, then shoved it deep into an overflowing trash bin beside the bench.

A man sitting nearby glanced up from his coffee. Their eyes meet briefly before Soheil looked away. He kept walking.

The grocery bag rustled quietly against his leg. The river smelled cold tonight. Somewhere farther uphill, church bells began ringing the hour.

Then he noticed the van. A white utility vehicle parked across the street. There was no markings on it, and he could hear the engine running. Talk about inconspicuous. He didn't change his pace as he kept walking.

Ahead of him, a woman stepped out of a bookstore carrying flowers. Behind him, footsteps approached from the riverside path. Too measured, too even.

Soheil kept moving. He could feel the engine in his chest tighten. Not physically. Like a pressure beneath the ribs. A familiar alertness spreading through his spine before his mind fully caught up.

He turned left at the next intersection. The footsteps behind him did too. He could hear three of them now. He glanced behind him, taking a look at them. They weren't wearing uniforms, obviously. They had everyday clothes on. Shitty disguises.

The Big Idea
Soheil (Trickshot) is a soldier who previously worked for Valravn. Sometime in the late 2010s, he underwent a procedural to have an experimental probability engine planted in him. This probability engine works so any projectile he throws will hit its target. He stayed with Valravn for a time after this, but he bailed after a year following an awful mission that finally pushed his morals too far. He's been on the run ever since, running from Freeport to Freeport, with Valravn hot on his tail. Finally, in 2025, he's picked up by the Foundation in (idk somewhere) and brought down to Area-34, AWD. He's scared that they're gonna turn him over to Valravn but AWD elects to keep him, both in containment and as a secret from Valravn. Maybe he becomes an operative for them? Maybe he just stays put, as he doesn't want to be a weapon anymore. Either way, he could work in the Paraweapons division. he and sanaa could have some moemnts

yes!!! this is how i introduce sanaa actually!!! fuck i'm genius
