something with inca, parafauna in costa rica they try to contain before they release its too much of a hassle and hand it over to INCA. in this universe INCA might have a bigger presence due to the lack of foundation meddling in the region. maybe foundation kept containment over it for bit but after the US drew back its funding they found it harder and harder to contain it, eventually just giving up. helps establish canon and what differences it from mainline
