Description: SCP-XXXX is an entity currently residing within the sewerage for Blowing Rock, North Carolina, United States. The entity is constantly obscured and covered by a thick layer of waste material collected from the environment around it. While its actual appearance is unknown, SCP-XXXX is known to be humanoid in shape. Due to the circumstances of its creation, SCP-XXXX is believed to be sapient, and fully capable of speech.
SCP-XXXX was Judith Richards, the daughter child of Brent Richards, a Foundation researcher assigned to Area-34. Prior to the events catalogued in the Addenda of this file, Judith exhibited no anomalous properties and was, by all accounts and measures, a regular human girl being.
