If you haven't read the canon, all you really need to know is that it takes place 4,000 years after a massive apocalypse that wiped out the majority of the world, most of the Foundation included. It's very much a fantasy Dying Earth setting. My main concerns are:

1. Does this work as an SCP?
2. Do you get enough of an idea of what The Red Chamber is/what's in it? ||Is there enough to allude to a Pattern Screamer?||
3. Is the Final Accord too heavy-handed?
4. Is the tone consistent?
5. Is the formatting alright?

My original plan was to have something a lot closer to the typical SCP format, but I figured something like this would fit the canon a whole lot better. The format was partially inspired by those reddit horror stories that are just a list of rules.
