man, talk about a format screw

This is an attempt at an SCP set in the Bellerverse canon! My original plan was to have something a lot closer to the typical SCP format, but I figured something like this would fit the canon a whole lot better. The format was partially inspired by those reddit horror stories that are just a list of rules.

If you're confused on what's going on with the Red Chamber, Venmo me $20 and I'll tell you. Joking. Maybe.

+ SCP?

"Top," you yell. "How is this an SCP? There's not even a Description!"

Um, yes there is! This is the most obvious SCP ever. We got the Containment Procedures, a Description, an Incident Log, and even that last stinger Addendum!

"But what about the Object Class?!?!"

Object Class Schbject Class. That's like the least important part of an SCP. If you want an Object Class, it'd be Keter.

This is an attempt at an SCP set in the Bellerverse canon. If you haven't read the canon, all you really need to know is that it takes place 4,000 years after a massive apocalypse that wiped out the majority of the world, most of the Foundation included. It's very much a fantasy Dying Earth setting. My main concerns are:

1. Does this work as an SCP?
2. Do you get enough of an idea of what The Red Chamber is/what's in it? ||Is there enough to allude to a Pattern Screamer?||
3. Is the Final Accord too heavy-handed?
4. Is the tone consistent?
5. Is the formatting alright?
