Special Containment Procedures: Three psychic agents are to be housed in facilities close to Area-34's sewage system to pick up and record messages broadcast by SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-042 is ordered to return to Area-34's main facilities weekly for maintenance and status reports on SCP-XXXX.

The corpse of SCP-XXXX-041 is to be kept in a locker constructed from telekill. Psychic agents are to be warned of entering the same level that SCP-XXXX-041 is kept.

The population of SCP-XXXX is currently being kept in a temporary biocontainment chamber, awaiting the drafting and construction of specialized containment chambers.

SCP-XXXX-041 is the corpse of an instance of SCP-XXXX that has been augmented with a McKenzie Psionic Amplifier and a broken Foundation Control Apparatus. Outside its locker, SCP-XXXX-041 constantly drains psionic energy from organisms around it, resulting in unconsciousness and brain-death with prolonged exposure.

SCP-XXXX-042 is an instance of SCP-XXXX augmented with a Foundation Control Apparatus. Originally in Foundation custody, it escaped back into Area-34's sewers following a mishap in its weaponization. The Apparatus was found to still be operational, and SCP-XXXX-042 has since been used to observe SCP-XXXX.
