SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES
MULTI-U is tasked with observing the known multiverse and cataloguing all collision events, as well as offering evacuation in cases where an affected reality has a MULTI-U counterpart. Technicians at Area-34, Site-17 and Site-120 must constantly monitor all radio and digital channels associated with those facilities and report and record any potential SCP-XXXX-A instances.
In the event of SCP-XXXX affecting baseline reality, the WINE AND ROSES PROTOCOL is to be enacted.
DESCRIPTION
SCP-XXXX is the designation given to a phenomenon affecting the multiverse, resulting in different realities colliding with each other. Due to the usually incompatible natures of these realities, these collision events almost always result in the mutual destruction of both realities. Since the discovery of this phenomenon in 2008, the number of known realities has decreased from ℵ2 down to 182,345.
SCP-XXXX-A refers to media originating from a reality that has undergone a collision event. SCP-XXXX-A instances record the last moments of an individual or group of individuals from the affected reality. Instances that consist of audio or video logs are transmitted to Area-34, Site-17 and Site-120 through usual Foundation channels. Physical SCP-XXXX-A instances, such as vinyl records, tapes, or written material, appear in stores within the general area of these sites. It is unknown why these specific facilities have been targeted for receiving SCP-XXXX-A instances.
