The following dossier consists of files that were found attached to and improperly deleted from the then-empty SCP-XXXX slot on 04/05/2021. They have been reuploaded to the SCP-XXXX slot alongside new documentation of the anomaly.

Despite many of these files having been deleted or attached to the slot upwards of 15 years ago, have only recently been discovered by RAISA. This is believed to be a direct result of SCP-XXXX-A, -B and Agent Grant.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently uncontained. At the time of writing, SCP-XXXX-A and -B both reside within Cleveland, Ohio^{(this might be better in the first paragraph of the desc.)}. The Engineering Division and Department of Memetic are tasked with developing technology capable of defending the user from SCP-XXXX's effects prior to any attempts at containing or decommissioning them.

Agent Judith Grant is to remain unaware of this file, and an investigation is to be done into her potential for anomalous characteristics.^{(maybe her loyalty instead? who cares if she's anomalous if she isn't loyal to us.)}

Description: SCP-XXXX refers to two married individuals, Natalie Grant (SCP-XXXX-A) and Henry Grant (SCP-XXXX-B). Both individuals are in their mid-sixties and are of european descent. Both individuals exhibit the ability to make other individuals believe that any statements they make to be objective fact, even if the statement would otherwise be recognized as a blatant falsehood. It is believed that the effect is cognitohazardous in nature, but more research is necessary.

Statements and declarations made by SCP-XXXX become fact. This is accomplished by manipulating local reality to match the statement..Not all statements made by SCP-XXXX trigger this effect, leading to the conclusion that SCP-XXXX has some control over it.
