SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES
SCP-6114 may only be performed within Chamber 6114-A, a reinforced concrete chamber within Area-34. SCP-6114 may only be performed with authorization from the O5 Council and the Directors of the Departments of Anomalous Weapons Development and Tactical Theology. A member of each Department must be present for each use of SCP-6114. Upon successful execution, the resulting entity is to be interviewed and either banished or given bespoke containment procedures.
SCP-6114-RABID is held within Area-34's Containment Wing C, in a reinforced SHAAC-L.
SCP-6114-WIZEN is not subject to containment procedures. See Addendum.6114.X for further information..RADIX-class items have been integrated into the Foundation's command structure.
DESCRIPTION
SCP-6114 is a ritual capable of summoning deific entities, though only at a fraction of their full power. To perform the ritual, an item of significant historical or religious association to the target entity is placed at the center of a series of concentric circles engraved into the floor and filled with bovine blood. Upon completion, the resulting entity's name will appear rendered in a fine dust.
Entities summoned by SCP-6114 are captured into the item used during the ritual. Following the ritual, these entities can be moved to other vessels or banished with the assistance of thaumaturges.
To date, num entities are known to have been summoned via SCP-6114. All but one of these instances were created by the Foundation under Project Spearhead.

DISCOVERY
Following a multi-year campaign and investigation, the primary regional stronghold of GoI-003 ("Chaos Insurgency") was discovered along the Costa Rica-Nicaragua border. On 11/09/2017, A battalion from Armed Mobile Task Force Iota-27 ("Big Sticks") was deployed to siege the facility. The relevant excerpt has been included below.

[03:30] Iota-27 holds position along the treeline, roughly 150 meters from the compound's outer fence. Low cloud cover limits visibility overhead; thermal shows minimal patrol activity along the northern approach.
[03:31] **IOTA-6: Perimeter's soft. Six, maybe eight hostiles patrolling. Command, do we have a go?
[03:33] COMMAND: Green. Be on the lookout for any defense systems, you know how the Insurgency operates.
[03:34] IOTA-6: Copy. Sticks One and Two, breach on my mark.
[03:38] Sticks One and Two breach the outer fence and engage the patrol; four hostiles are subdued or neutralized within the first two minutes, the rest falling back into the main structure. Iota-27 advances and clears the compound room by room, recovering documents, radio equipment, and a weapons cache. While securing the rear perimeter, Iota-2 flags a second structure roughly thirty meters south of the main building, constructed from reinforced concrete and lacking any apparent entry.
[04:22] IOTA-2: Six, there's something under the compound. A door, but there's no handle. Hold on, it's opening on its own.
[04:26] A bipedal combat frame, approximately nine meters in height, rises from a substructure beneath the compound. The hull is later confirmed by Engineering & Designing as an AWD prototype, built for Site-3's security detail but reported missing during transport.
[04:28] The frame's chest cavity ignites with an amber light. A voice echoes from within: "WHO DISTURBS MY HOUSE."
[04:31] IOTA-4 (Okafor): It's not hostile, Six! I need Stick Two on me, now—
[04:35] The frame's hands morph into twin heat-lance armaments. It lunges and slashes at Iota-4, who sustains second-degree burns. It presses the advantage as two members of Stick Two attempt to fank from the east, forcing both to break cover; one sustains a fractured wrist diving clear of a follow-up strike.
[04:42] COMMAND: Iota-6, you are clear to engage with everything you've got.
[04:43] All remaining fireteams converge fire on the frame, concentrating on its left side. The frame continues attempting to close distance on Sticks One and Two, forcing repeated repositioning while sustaining fire.
[04:47] Structural failure visible along the frame's left shoulder joint under sustained eigenweapon fire.
[04:49] IOTA-6: It's not stopping. Wait. Wait, HOLD FIRE.
[04:50] The frame halts mid-motion. The light dims. No further hostile action is taken. Power signature falls to zero forty seconds later.

Aftermath: 2 Foundation personnel deceased, 6 wounded. The frame and all recovered stronghold materials were transported to Area-34.
