Description: Transwoman, 5'11", mid to late 20s. Piercing grey eyes. Caramel brown skin as a result of her hispanic heritage. Sleek black hair that falls down to her hips, which she usually keeps up in either a haphazard bun or ponytail, taking care to ensure that her bangs are still noticeable. If appearing publicly, she'll have her hair down or in a tight bun. She usually wears only a tank top and loose pants when alone in her workshop. When appearing publicly, she usually uses darker, more muted colours. Her usual outfit consists of a black turtleneck with black high-waisted pants and (you guessed it) black pointed boots. She usually wears a long structured wool coat over this outfit to hide her augmentations. In fact, any outfit that she wears usually covers most of her body to hide the changes she's done to her body.
Over the years, O5-3 has heavily modified her body via paratechnology and thaumaturgy. While these augmentations are far too numerous to list (O5-3 herself doesn't truly remember every little change she's done to herself), the following are some that O5-3 has made known or has been seen using:
- Left arm has been completely replaced by a prosthetic arm made out of a black metal derived from a beryllium bronze alloy. The metal arm, asides from looking cool and giving her some physical strength, serves as a conduit for her thaumaturgy and enhances her natural talent.
- Her left eye has been replaced. With technology derived from the GOC's VERITAS, this artificial eye allows her to view the EVE given off by living things, giving her insights on the life form, its mental/physical state, and any anomalous alterations.
- Universal translator implanted into her vocal cords which automatically translates her speech into any known human language.
Management: O5-3 focuses on research and development of paratechnology and occult arts. She is relentless in her push for progress, conducting experiment after experiment to further the Foundation's understanding. She's spearheaded the formation of multiple departments, such as the Department of Anomalous Weapons Development and Department of Metallurgy, to advance this cause, and pushes for more progressive directives in the organisation. She regularly butts heads with older members of the Foundation, many of which hold more conservative views on how they should handle the progress of paratechnology and anomalous sciences.
History: O5-3 is a recent addition to the O5 Council. Not much is known about her history prior to her induction as an Overseer, but many rumors hold that she was added to the council from outside the organization, potentially from a rival group. The legitimacy of this claim is questionable, but with the lack of information before her ascension it's possible. Another possible, more realistic theory as the information gap is that she didn't transition until after her induction, meaning that searches for her prior to it would be looking for a person that didn't exist yet.
