Foundation Termination Program

What happens to Foundation employees that are terminated? The ones that know way too much to just be fired. The ones that are too valuable to amnestize or kill, but can't be trusted as Foundation personnel anymore? The ones that are the only authority in their field, too valuable for the Foundation to discard but too dangerous to trust?

I want to explore what happens to these individuals, with a focus on Ezra Everest. Idea is that it's from the POV of Alexandria trying to figure out what happened to him. I have nothing set in concrete. Unsure if this would fit best as an SCP or a Tale. If it's an SCP, the SCP would be whatever the Foundation uses on these individuals.
