Old Man in Sea SCP. Another Leviathan landed in some distant exoplanet, dies. his levianites prosper on the planet, discovering thaumaturgy and having a magic-powered society. some great cataclysm happens, resulting in the levianites dying but the leviathan reviving.
maybe also fit into Ad Astra Per Aspera? The big event is Lethe events on this planet, showing that it affects multiple species. Great Filter? will need to reread lethe to make sure this fits. ok i think it fits. only issue is that Lethe didn't really kill people, just made life unlivable. maybe there's a bunch of Lethe events, and then one final big one that removes peple's knowledge of lethality? or they forget restrictions on magic. resulting in people killing other people accidentally, then one final big wipeout. Uncle Sea (i'm naming the leviathan that) is somewhat affected by the Lethe, but not as much. Uncle Sea is grieving, but it's been so long + the Lethe events are making him forget what exactly he was forgetting. The Foundation aids by uncovering what happened and helping Uncle Sea remember. Maybe they also return to Earth to see our Leviathan (idk about this, lethe events and all)
